All shipping containers (new and used) are sold “as described” based on the specifications provided by sellers on our platform.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings, photos, and condition reports before completing a purchase.

Refunds and returns are only available in cases where the container delivered does not match the description, arrives damaged (beyond agreed condition), or is otherwise defective.
2. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
A refund or return request will be considered if:

The wrong container was delivered.

The container is structurally unsafe for intended use.

The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or returns are not available for:

Containers sold “as-is” with disclosed damage or defects.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external logistics.

Containers that have been altered, modified, or relocated after delivery.

4. Refund Process

Since Shipping Container Hub is a marketplace, individual sellers are responsible for honoring their stated return and refund commitments. We facilitate dispute resolution between buyers and sellers and enforce compliance with marketplace standards.
